This was my first insurance claim for my house. He walked me through every step and let me know what to expect and/or anticipate. Michael was so thorough in explaining our options. He was nothing but professional. Everything happened as he explained it would. They did a wonderful job on our roof. I have used Eldridge Roofing at one our rent houses for a roof repair, and also a full internal repair from water damage from a burst pipe. At another rent house they replaced the whole roof and it was an hour and a half drive out of town for them. They also replaced the roof at my residence. Brandon the Project Manager is very professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.
